Efficient Schools are more effective...
Is your school dependent on ICT? Just the fact that you are able to read this is testament to how much you use ICT in your everyday life. We provide:
ICT systems provide an essential service to your school and need to operate in a stable, consistent and reliable manner. The support we give to your ICT systems is therefore designed to reflect the focus upon user need, rather than being orientated towards the IT equipment itself. The required level of service can only be attained by adopting effective procedures for system administration.
Let us manage 'the engine room' behind your school. Our breadth of experience and expertise ensures that your systems are administered correctly using industry standard 'best practice' preventative maintenance. All of this across the whole spectrum of your ICT environment, taking the worry out of your hands.
We are committed to the effective operation of your ICT systems. We administer all our customers' ICT systems according to documented procedures which ensure consistent operation under normal conditions and rapid recovery from abnormal circumstances.
We are part of Dixons City Academy and so fully understand the unique challenges faced by schools. This allows us to provide the very best technical solutions. You can also rest assured that all our staff are CRB verified.
Primary Schools
The Minerva Centre Ltd is the preferred provider of Technical Support for Education Bradford. As such we already provide ICT support solutions to a number of primary schools in the area. We have a range of support solutions to choose from and are happy to discuss these with you.

Secondary Schools & FE/HE Institutions
As with primary schools we also offer the full range of ICT support services. Additionally as part of Dixons Academy, we are a Regional Academy within the Cisco framework and one of only 2 schools in the UK recognised by Microsoft as Regional Centres within their IT Academies scheme.
Both Cisco and Microsoft offer a series of courses ranging from A+ (IT Essentials 1 from Cisco) to Microsoft MCSE and Cisco CCNA. As a school, FE or HE institution you are able to run these courses. There are options for LSC funding available under certain circumstances. To run these courses using genuine materials requires your institution to register through us onto one or both of these schemes.
